Santa

These are not the best quality pictures as they were taken from my phone!!!! Kinley got to go see Santa yesterday and well......it didn't go as planned. We talk so much about him and she reads books about him and gets excited to hear about Santa but when it came to sitting on his lap she was terrified. I absolutely LOVE screaming Santa pics....they're my favorite. We didn't even get to his lap to even get a screaming picture. She had a death grip on me and was completely terrified. Luckily Santa was so sweet and told her he'd go hide and she could sit in his "magical" chair! We got our picture and all was good in the world!

Halloween 2013

Just a few pics from my phone. Kinley had so much fun this year and really grasped the whole trick or treating concept! She was the cutest little Bumble Bee! We went to my parents neighborhood to trick or treat. Lake Windcrest goes "all out" for Halloween. Everyone goes and sits on the driveway and drives their golf carts around all decorated up. We had a blast with Mimi, Pa Paw and Aunt TT!

Fall Festival

Yesterday I was able to attend K's Fall Festival at her school. I love that my new job is so close to home and her school and I'm able to work and still be actively involved in activities like this. Kinley got mad when I first walked in because she thought I was taking her from her party. I wasn't overly thrilled about the shirts they had to wear (they made them at school) but the kids looked so cute dressed a like in school made shirts! They had a parade, played games and ate yummy food.

Happy Fall Ya'll!!!

So this years visit to the pumpkin patch didn't really seem like a true pumpkin patch visit.  I love fall, however, in Houston it's a hit or miss with the weather in October.  Ideally it should be at least cool outside.  This year was a quick visit in between thunderstorms in the boiling hot to get a pumpkin.  Kinley had fun so that's all that matters.

Kinley's 2nd Birthday Party

K's 2nd Birthday Party could not have been any better.  The weather was absolutely wonderful and the company was great.  If you know Kinley you know how into Mickey and Minne Mouse she is, so it was only fitting to have a Minnie party.  Thank you to everyone who helped celebrate our little pumpkin's 2nd Birthday.

 I will never order a cake anywhere else.....Kroger does amazing jobs on cakes

Happy Birthday K

2 years ago on this day we were in the hospital anxiously awaiting the arrival of our precious little K. At 9:58 pm our beautiful 8.5 pound baby girl graced us with her presence!!!!!! It has been a complete joy watching her grow, love, and learn! Kinley loves her Mommy and Daddy, loves going to school, loves her Mimi and Papa/poppy (formerly known as Grammy and Grumpy....K had other plans for their names), thinks Aunt TT hung the moon, loves her Gracie and Sophie dogs, loves balls, being outside, toys and sleeping. The list goes on...she loves life! Happy 2nd Birthday sweet girl!!!!
