Houston Half Marathon

I have a ton of blogging to catch up on but Ill start with the Houston Half Marathon Kristi and I did today. I have run a bunch of Marathons and a number of half marathons and this was the worst weather I've ever run in. It started out freezing and windy and just spitting rain......half way into mile 1 was total downpour. So the next 12.5 miles were spent with water filled shoes and soaked clothes......clearly wasn't a race that focused on anyone's time. Anyways, it was a fun experience with my sister and looking back another memory added to the books! This pic was right after we finished...if you can't tell I'm freezing my rear off and soaked!!!! Good times!

Grumpy Love

Kinley is so in love with her Grumpy. She lights up anytime we see him and gets excited when I say "we are going to see Grammy and Grumpy!" Yesterday Grumpy came over to visit lil K. She did not want him to leave AT ALL!

Tis' the season!

I wanted to share some of our Christmas pics that we recently had taken.  I love any pics that Jessica Coleman takes of us but these are by far my favorite ones....maybe it's because I love Christmas time.  Christmas time this year is so much fun because Kinley is older and can enjoy so much more.  PS....if you normally send us a Christmas card and don't have our current address Facebook message me, I don't want to miss out on anyone's Christmas Cheer!

I had to post this pic! Not the best quality but it was a text I got from my Mom. Tues and TH are Grammy and K's days together. Kinley has really become attached to my parents dog Gracie. Gracie is so protective of Kinley too! This morning Grammy surprised K and brought Gracie to our house. This was the pic she sent me....
